At Studio Sinne the first meeting is always cost free.

We are happy to welcome you at our studio in Alicante or meet via telephone / zoom call where we discuss your needs and requirements and after which we will come back with a proposal that fits your project. 

Design fees

Architectural and interior design services: 

55-75 euro per m2 

Full interior design concept including furniture, lighting and accessories: 

35 euro per m2

Hourly consultancy:

70 euro per hour  

Building costs 

Many of our clients would like to know how much the renovation of their house will cost. The process of renovating a home is a complex one and the cost depends very much on the difficulty and standard of the work. 

Our projects range approximately from 900 to 1.500 euro per m2
